RETURNS
I would like to return my item.
That is allowed!
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can always return it within 14 days, provided it is still in its original condition - in the packaging, unworn and undamaged. You can then send an email to info@sabbiabydesire.com and will receive information about the return process.
Garments without tags, with make-up stains, deodorant/sweat stains, other odors or other stains cannot be returned and will obviously not be treated.
* Unfortunately, it is not possible to return items purchased on SALE.
As a customer, you must reimburse the shipping costs of the return (only from you back to us). Please note: you are responsible for this shipping. Packages with a stamp do not always arrive. It is therefore advisable to send your package with track and trace. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not arrived.
Do you give money back or a voucher?
No problem! The full purchase amount will then be neatly refunded to your account.
Would you like to exchange for a different size?
That is of course also possible. After receiving your return (please state on a note that you would like to receive a different size), we will send you the new size free of charge.
Have you received the wrong item?
Our apologies. Then we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.
Please note: is your order damaged/do you suspect a factory defect and does your order have a stain? We can only replace it for you free of charge and solve this problem for you immediately
if you report it to us within 24 hours by emailing info@sabbiabydesire.com . If you report this later than 24 hours, this warranty will be void (due to the lack of likelihood that the damage was not caused by yourself), so check your order carefully when you receive it and leave the tags on until you are sure you want to keep them.
